It can be deadly to discipline wild teens in today’s society.

Twin 16 year old girls have been charged with stabbing their mother to death.

Jasmiyah (Jas) and Tasmiyah (Tas) Whitehead were 15 years old when they stabbed their mom to death in Conyers, Georgia in January 2010. They alerted police that they arrived home and found their mom stabbed to death.

After news of Jarmecca “Nikki” Whitehead’s murder, her friends automatically suspected her twin daughters did the crime.

While no motive has been publically stated, it’s likely the girls killed their mom because they wanted to do whatever they wanted to do with no rules.

Friends of the single Mom said the girls went from sweet to wild, like most modern teens do, breaking all rules and acting like bats out of hell whenever discipline was attempted.

The twins haven’t admitted to the murder but the GBI says they have evidence.

Teen Girls Kill Granparents to Be Together-Holly Harvey and Sandy Ketchum

Holly Harvey was just 15 and Sandy Ketchum 16 when they brutally murdered Holly’s grandparents, Carl and Sarah Collier so they could run away together. Their freedom didn’t last long however and they will spend most of their lives in prison.

Carl and Sarah Collier were decent, good people. They were in their 70s and had been together their whole lives. They worked hard their whole lives, had traditional values and attended church regularly. They had adopted two children, a boy and a girl, Carla Harvey. Carla became a “wild teen” and was basically a terrible mother who was in and out of jail for drugs, so Holly had to live with her grandparents since her mother was in prison for drugs.

Carla Harvey let Holly do whatever she wanted. Holly had no rules to live by. She was a wild child, like her mother.

Holly hated living with her grandparents-because they had rules. They didn’t want her to do drugs, wanted her to go to school, get good grades and have a curfew. Holly just wanted to party, do drugs, have sex, and hang out with her friends. So Holly and her grandparents didn’t exactly get along. Carl and Sarah should have been enjoying their retirement instead of raising a teenage wild child. But Holly was their grandchild and they could’t turn her away.

Sandy Ketchum was a lesbian who had a father and stepmother doing the best they could with her but she had a difficult past with a biological mom who abandoned her, an abusive ex-stepmother, and trouble with the law.

Sandy and Holly met in school. Holly was more talkative, flitatious, and outgoing while Sandy was on the quiet side. After becoming friends, Sandy fell in love with Holly and they began a relatioship though it wasn’t exclusive on Holly’s side. Soon after, Sandy’s family moved to another school district, but the girls still saw each other.

After getting in trouble together Holly’s grandparents forbid Holly to see Sandy and Sandy’s parents told Sandy to never see Holly again. Both sets of guardians knew the girls were bad news when together.

If only Holly had waited. If only she could have had a little patience and waited until her mother was released from jail, then she could have went back to a home with no rules, her grandparents wouldn’t be murdered and she wouldn’t spend most of her life in prison.

But Holly couldn’t wait. She wanted to get rid of her grandparents and all their rules and be free. She wanted to be with her girlfriend, go where she wanted, and do whatever she wanted. She didn’t like rules. Her grandparents wouldn’t let her see Sandy and interfered with her drug use and partying.

So Holly came up with a plan to kill her grandparents, steal her grandfathers truck and run away with Sandy. Sandy didn’t want to actually go along with the plan, but in the end she did.

Sandy snuck over to the Collier’s house where Holly had a basement bedroom. Holly had taken all of the kitchen knives and the girls practiced stabbing a picture. Then Holly started smoking marijuana to lure her grandmother downstairs. Her grandfather was out, but would be home soon.

Her grandmother came downstairs and when her back was turn, Holly stabbed her in the back. Sarah tried her best to defend herself, but she was no match for the stabbing teen. Carl came down next and managed to hold Holly down on the bed. Not able to kill both grandparents by herself, Holly called out, “Aren’t you going to help me?” At this time Sandy came out and joined in the murders. Both were stabbed multiple times until they were dead.

After the girls were sure both were dead, they grabbed all the jewelry they could find and the truck keys, then left without a plan and soaked in blood. They drove to a friends house to clean up, but once the friend saw them covered in blood, she refused to let them enter her house. Instead she let them use a hose and got them some towels. Asked what had happened Holly ended up telling the friend they had murdered her grandparents.

The teen girls were not smart criminals. They had no plan, didn’t know where they were going, and confessed right off.

As soon as Holly and Sandy drove away, the friend told her mother and they called the police. When the police investigated the Collier’s home, sure enough the found 2 bodies. They were immediately on the lookout for the stolen truck.

The teens made it all the way to the ocean off the Georgia coast. They made it to Tybee Island. The problem was, they had no money. And they didn’t know it, but the police were tracking their general location by their cell phones.

The girls met 2 brothers on the beach and were able to talk them into letting them spend the night while the boys’ mother worked night. The next morning, the boys’ mother came home to find 2 teenage girls asleep sleeping in a bedroom. When the girls woke up, Holly showed the mother the jewelry she stole from her grandparents and tried to sell it. The mother was not interested.

Meanwhile police had tracked their location to the block they were on and were scouring the area. Next thing they knew, two dozen police officers broke the door down and arrested the girls. As Holly walked past all the officers, she laughed as if she enjoyed the attention and found it funny. A knife was found in Sandy’s pocket.

The girls went to court in spring of 2005 in Fayetteville, Georgia and ended up entering plea bargains. They will spend at least 20 years in prison, possibly much longer depending on if they get paroled.

What a waste.

A book has been written about the crime. It’s called “All I want to do is kill” by Dale Hudson. For the complete story, get the book.
All I Want To Do Is Kill (Pinnacle True Crime)

Jack and Tammi Smith are Creepy, Marc Klaas Rocks, and Elizabeth Johnson is Evil

Baby Gabriel, 8 months old is missing. The mother, Elizabeth Johnson told the father Logan, that she killed him and dumped him in a dumster. The mother lost custody of the baby after she failed to show for a court hearing, the custody went to father Logan and crazy Elizabeth kidnapped Gabriel, stole her grandfather’s car and took off.

Jack and Tammi Smith have been on the Nancy Grace show, but Nancy who has a habit of yelling and interupting, obviously was overly sympathetic to this couple instead of asking any “hard” questions. The couple bashed the father Logan who has done nothing to his son and loves him and refused to give him up for adoption. Marc Klaas started to bring this up, but Nancy Grace yelled and interruped him, then chanaged the subject and Marc Klaas didn’t get to speak for the rest of the Nancy Grace show.

On Friday, thankfully, Nancy Grace was off and Jean Casares stood in for her who let Marc Klaas speak and actually asked the couple some “hard” questions in her nice and even tone.

Marc Klaas attacked this couple for their inconsistencies and for bashing the father and for things they have said that make no sense or have backtracked on. He did a great job, Marc Klaas is awesome and rocks and Jean rocks for letting him finish and not yelling at him.

Even the people that called in asked the creepy Jack and Tammi Smith hard questions and showed their skeptisism in their stories.

First of all Jack and Tammi Smith have interfered with the custody of a baby and should be arrested for that.

The father had custody. The crazy mother who threatened to kill the baby did not have custody and has kidnapped him. This couple tried to keep the baby AWAY from the father, assist the mother, and tried to bully the father into giving him up for adoption. They had legal papers drawn up to adopt this baby, called Logan to bully him to give up his own son and Logan refused. That’s HIS baby.

What kind of person tries to make a father who wants his kid give his kid up for adoption??? Creepy crazy people like Jack and Tammi Smith.

They SHOULD have told father Logan where HIS child was and tried to reunite father and son, but instead, they tried to make him give up his child for adoption, assisted the mother in keeping him away from his father/legal custodian, and who knows what else.

Then a bunch of tips are coming in from Nashville, Tennessee. Elizabeth Johnson has no contact with Nashville, but Jack and Tammi Smith lived in Nashville for 35 years. Coincidence? NO WONDER they are persons of interest.

Either Elizabeth Johnnson killed her baby and dumped him in a diaper bag in a dumpster like she claimed OR it’s likely that the creepy Smith’s found a friend or relative, perhaps in Nashville to hide the baby to keep him away from the father, Logan.

Logan should look into suing this couple for interfering with the custody of his child. If I was a DA, I would definitely charge and prosecute this couple for interfering with the custody of a child. They deliberately helped keep him AWAY from his father.

Then on national TV they bashed the father, talked like he’s a bad father when they’ve never even met him. Then as Marc Klaas said, the couple states the don’t want to bash the father, then procede to bash him. They bad mouth him, are angry he wouldn’t give them his son like Gabriel is a piece of merchandise, and talk like he’s an abuser.

Nancy Grace needs to stop yelling enough to see what’s going on and listen to Marc Klaas. I like Nancy Grace except when she yells and is nice to the wrong people and doesn’t listen to Marc Klaas. If Garbiel is alive and the Smiths had someone hide him, those people need to return him. And someone needs to charge the Smiths with interference with the custody of a child. And Logan needs to sue the Smiths in civil court as well. As for Elizabeth Johnson, she needs to confess whether she killed her kid or not, which she probably won’t, because she hasn’t said a word so far. She either doesn’t want to confess to murder or wants to punish Logan and not give up his location. Either way she needs to stay locked up. There’s nothing you can do with her, she’s beyond hope.

Is Amanda Knox Innocent?

Originally it was reported that Amanda Knox was guilty as sin in the murder of Meredith Kercher.

But now it’s come to light that the prosecutor in the case is corrupt and crazy, the Italian CSI did a horrible job of collecting evidence and there’s really no forensic evidence against her.

She signed a confession, but it was reported it was after being interrogated for hours, beat on the head, and finally signed a confession just to be left alone and get out of there.

Seems like Italian law is the worst in the western world. She can be held indefinitely, has no right to a speedy trial, and a corrupt prosecutor is allowed to prosecute the case.

Unbiased Americans were sent to investigate and came to the conclusion she’s innocent. If she’s innocent, it’s sad she has to sit and rot in jail for a crime she didn’t commit.

The story was shown on 48 Hours Mystery and another American was accused of a crime he didn’t commit and came forward to expose the prosecutor.

However in Italy, everyone believes she’s guilty. But there’s no DNA or forensic evidence against her and the man who did it, an immigrant from Ivory Coast has already been convicted and sentenced to 30 years. The most likely scenario is he broke in the house, raped and killed her and Amanda and her boyfriend had nothing to do with it.

The worst thing she did was her behavior after the murder. She didn’t act like someone who’s friend had just been murdered, but she and her boyfriend went lingerie shopping and making out in public. She didn’t seem distressed at all, but much more interested in lingerie and her boyfriend.

Whatever happened, I just hope the prosecutor gets removed, she gets a good lawyer, and is able to get a fair trial. It seems she happens to have a very corrupt and crazy prosector who’s obsessed with satanic rituals and groups. It’s a shame you can get arrested and spend so long in prison with no evidence against you in Italy.

At first, all the media was portraying her as absolutely guilty, but once investigators took a closer look, a different story appeared. She is probably wishing she never went to Italy, ever.

You can watch the full show of American Girl, Italian Nightmare online here on the 48 hours website.

American Girl, Italian Nightmare

It’s a Woman Child Killer!

When 8 year old Sandra Cantu went missing, everyone thought it was a man. Disgustingly, there were a lot of pedophiles living in the area she lived in. Everyone thought some pedophile kidnapped her.

Everyone was shocked to find out her killer was A WOMAN. Not just any woman, but a mother of her playmate and a Sunday school teacher. A Sunday School teacher!! They don’t murder kids!!

This woman killed Sandra Cantu. Why? Why would any mother kill an 8 year old little girl?

Not only did she kill her, but it’s reported she raped her with a foreign object. WHAT? You never hear of female pedophiles. Never. Is she the first female pedophile or are there more out there we don’t know about? And females are rarely involved in murdering children. Children who are murdered are usually murdered by their caregivers/mothers-think Susan Smith, Diane Downs, Andrea Yates, Casey Anthony. But women don’t just kidnap little girls off the street and murder them. Pure craziness.

What could posses a mother to kidnap, rape, and murder an 8 year old?? Why? Why?

Everyone wants to know WHY? But nobody knows why except that crazy killer woman, Melissa Huckaby and who knows if she’ll ever explain WHY or not.

She hasn’t entered a plea and it hasn’t been proven she’s guilty yet, but there’s good evidence against her or she wouldn’t have been arrested. She supposedly confessed, gave conflicting statements, and the body was found in her suitcase. Then, weirdest of all, she wrote some weird note about a body in a suitcase in water and later admitted she wrote it.

And what kind of Sunday School teacher was this? Sunday School teachers are supposed to teach kids morals, about love and God, and here she goes raping and killing a little girl.

If she’s guilty she needs the death penalty. Or life in prison, but that would cost too much to provide for her for the rest of her life for the broke state of California.

She had a history of mental illness, but nothing to indicate violence. What happened? What made her decide she was going to kidnap, rape, and murder a kid?

Melissa Huckaby is one sick puppy.

Michelle Theer-Killed Husband With Her Lover

Michelle Theer is in prison for the murder of her husband Marty Theer. To this day she claims her innocence.

Michelle and Marty were high school sweethearts and according to her sister, had a fairy tale wedding.

For the first several years, things were fine and Michelle seemed the ideal wife, except she didn’t want kids and Marty did, which was often a source of their arguments.

Michelle kept the house clean like Marty liked and Michelle continued her education, getting a degree in psychology, then a Phd in psychology.

Marty was a pilot in the Air Force, so they moved often. They eventually settled into Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Sometime during their marriage, Michelle began a double life via the internet.

She posted ads on singles sites looking for a “rendevous man”. She described herself as attractive, educated, sexual, and married. She wanted a discreet relationship so her husband wouldn’t find out.

Apparently she became lonely when Marty was called on duty for the Air Force.

She had a few lovers she met from the internet, then eventually she met John Diamond. That’s when everything really changed. John was a player who couldn’t stay committed. He had one daughter from a previous, short marriage, and was currently married to a woman from Panama who he had a son with.

John cheated on his wife Lourdes many times. She either didn’t know or turned a blind eye to it.

John changed once he met Michelle. He was head over heels in love with her. For the first time in his life he wanted only one woman-Michelle-and to stay committed. He bombarded her constantly with emails telling her how much he loved her.

While Marty was gone, Michelle and John made no attempts to hide their relationship. They went out openly.

They joined a swingers club and went to swingers events.

Michelle applied for a job in the small caribbean island of Saba and for her interview, took John with her, who she introduced as her fiancee.

Once Michelle broke up with John because she couldn’t see them in a long term relationship and he was distraught. He repeatedly emailed her about his despair and threatened suicide.

She ended up taking him back and they continued their affair. It seems Marty was clueless about his wife’s affair. He thought everything was fine in their marriage.

John kept asking her when she was leaving Marty so they could get married.

Then a murder plan was launched.

Michelle had a job as a psychologist. One night she and Marty, her boss, his wife, and another couple from work went out to eat for a Christmas dinner.

Driving back, Michelle said she needed to pick up items from her office. She went inside her office to supposedly get the papers she needed. She must have taken a long time, because eventually Marty went up the stairs to her office to see what was taking so long.

And that’s when the shots were fired. Marty was hit with bullets all over his body.

Michelle left her office and ran to a nearby video store where she told them to call 911.

When the paramedics arrived, they took Marty to the hospital, but he did not survive.

The investigators had no clue as to who killed Marty or why. He didn’t have any enemies. They got their first big break when Michelle gave them a clue that led straight to her and changed the course of the investigation. If she kept her mouth shut, she may have gotten away with it. And her and John did something really stupid later, which got them in a lot of trouble and if they didn’t do that, they might have gotten away with it.

An investigator asked Michelle if she had made any phone calls that night and she said no. Then the investigator said, we can check and see.

Then Michelle changed her story and suddenly remembered she called her “friend” John Diamond during a bathroom visit at the restaurant but he didn’t answer. Since unanswered phone calls are not recorded, if Michelle didn’t mention this, investigators would have never known.

The investigators believe this phone call was a warning signal to John to get ready to kill Marty once they arrived at her office.

After they learned of John Diamond, they learned about the affair which made them focus on Michelle and John even more and they uncovered all kinds of dirt on Michelle after going through her computer and retrieving even deleted emails.

Michelle insisted the affair was over, but John said the affair was still on going. Another inconsistency.

Then investigators found out the John borrowed a gun from a friend before the murders. They wanted the gun to see if it was the same one that killed Marty.

Suddenly John and Michelle got really nervous. John’s friend was calling on behalf of the investigators asking for his gun back. They did not want the investigators to get the gun. So they did something really stupid.

They went on a trip to Florida so Michelle could visit an old friend and relax. But they staged a break in into John’s car on the Army campus. They broke out the window, staged a robbery and disposed of the gun.

Then John reported the staged robbery of the gun and some CDs. Since it’s illegal to bring your own firearms on Army property, John was arrested. Adultery is also a crime in the Army, so the was charged with that too. And then he was charged with Marty’s murder.

Video surveillance showed that the car was not broken into, when they claimed it was, so they were caught red handed in a big lie.

Michelle wasn’t charged yet, but she knew she was about to be.

John was found guilty of all crimes.

Michelle went to stay with her grandmother in New Orleans. Knowing she was about to the charged with murder, she fled in the middle of the night, making lists, writing letters to her family, and staying in hotel to hotel.

She eventually settled in Florida, changing her name to Alex or Eliza Pendragon. She even got plastic surgery on her face hoping that would fool the investigators and no one would recognize her.

She also found a new boyfriend in Florida. But they made a big mistake which ended up in her getting caught.

She wanted her new boyfriend to call her father and give him a message on his trip home to visit his Mom. She instructed him to call on a pay phone with a phone card. The boyfriend did this, but got no answer.

So the boyfriend called the number on his Mom’s home phone. Michelle’s Dad’s phone was being tapped in case Michelle ever called. They got into on the number that called and found out a young man who lived in Florida called from his Mom’s house.

Authorities followed the boyfriend around. When he stopped outside Michelle’s apartment, a bunch of men with guns surrounded him asking “Where’s Michelle?”

The man was stunned and didn’t know what was going on.

He showed them the apartment of his girlfriend who he knew as Eliza and they went in and arrested her.

If she didn’t have her boyfriend call her Dad, it’s no telling how long she’d be on the loose.

After sitting in prison a long time and his life now over, John’s love for Michelle evaporated. He now offered to tell “the truth”. But since he was already convicted nobody cared about his story. In his version of events, Michelle pulled the trigger and he was just an innocent bystander.

Michelle went to trial and was convicted of murdering her husband. She is now 40 and still in prison.

She still claims John did the  murder on his own and she had nothing to do with it. Her family even made a website for her:

http://www.michelletheer.org

They ask visitors to write Michelle letters or send money to her prison commissary account.

Did Casey Anthony Kill Her Daughter Because Her Boyfriend Didn’t Like Caylee?

On a Nancy Grace episode, who has been obsessively covering the Casey/Caylee Anthony story, IMs (instant messages) were revealed between Casey Anthony and her then boyfriend.

Casey wanted to go to her boyfriend’s house, but her boyfriend basically said, you can come, but not Caylee. Apparently he didn’t want any kids around.

Soon after that, Caylee goes missing. Is that a coincidence? Not at all.

After Caylee disappears, while she was likely dead in her mother’s car trunk, a surveillance video shows Casey and her boyfriend renting movies to watch all alone with no child to get in the way of their romance.

If Casey did kill her daughter Caylee to be with a certain man, she is not the first to do so. Diane Downs murdered her children to be with the man she was in love with and Susan Smith drowned her two sons because her ex-boyfriend wrote her a letter stating he felt he couldn’t he a father to kids who weren’t his.

While no body has been found, all the evidence points to Casey killing Caylee. Evidence of human remains and decomposition were found in the trunk. Even George Anthony, Casey’s father told the FBI he smelled the smell of a dead body in the trunk and it made him sick. He even started to vomit during the interview just remembering the smell.

Then internet searches on Casey’s computer showed up all kinds of things a mother normally wouldn’t search.  Such as homemade chloroform recipes and neck breaking.

Casey is referred to as a pathological liar by everyone who knows her, even her friends. If that’s what her friends have to say about her, she must really be a professional manipulator and liar.

It seems she just couldn’t handle parenthood anymore. She was young and single and Caylee was getting in the way. Sitting at home watching Teletubbies and cooking macaroni and cheese was just so boring. She would much rather be out at a night club partying, dancing, drinking, and hooking up with guys.

While the responsible thing to do would be go to her parents, who would have adopted Caylee in a heartbeat, she chose to become a murderer.

And don’t expect her to confess and tell anyone were she hid the body anytime soon. If she confesses she will go to prison for a long, long, long time.

If she maintains her innocence and sticks to her lie that a person Zenaida Gonzalez (who doesn’t exist) kidnapped Caylee it will just take 1 juror feeling sorry for her or believing her lies to set her free. She would much rather take the chance of just 1 juror believing her than confessing.

Cindy and George Anthony, Casey’s parents keep telling everyone that Caylee is alive and she was kidnapped and that Casey did not kill her.

Cindy is the one that even called the police and told informed them of the child’s disappearance.

There are 2 possible reasons they haven’t smelled the coffee:

#1- They are in denial. Wishful thinking. They just can’t believe that their own daughter, the child they created and raised could commit murder. Their minds simply will not let them believe it.

#2- They know Casey killed Caylee (which is obvious to any unbiased person) but still love her and do not want her to go to jail for the rest of her life. Maybe Cindy even feels guilty for Casey being in jail even though Casey is the one who murdered her kid. If Cindy never called, maybe none of this would have happened. Maybe they feel that they failed as parents. They are just sticking to their story to try to help Casey.

Only they know which it is, but by listening to their early interviews with police and the FBI, it sounds like they know Casey killed Caylee.

So what is it with Casey? What kind of Mom kills her 2 year old then goes on like nothing happened, going partying, stealing money, going shopping, entering a hot body contest, watching movies with her boyfriend, never once mentioning Caylee?

The only time she talked about Caylee was if someone asked her where Caylee was and her answer was always, “She’s with the Nanny. She’s at Disney World.” How can an unemployed 22 year old afford a Nanny anyway? It was like she wanted to reclaim her life before Caylee and go on as if Caylee never existed, which she did.

So what is wrong with Casey:

*She has an extensive history of lying about everying. She lies more than she tells the truth

*She regularly stole money her Dad put in Caylee’s savings account.

*She stole her friends checkbook and went shopping with forged checks.

*She lied about working at Universal Studios which she hasn’t worked there for 2 years.

*She lied about having a Nanny

*She lied about Zenaida Gonzalez and where Zenaida lived. The apartment she pointed out was vacant.

*She said she had recieved a call from Zenaida but no call showed up on her phone bill.

*She murdered her own child.

*She bragged the police would never break her.

Is Casey a sociopath? Who and what is exactly Casey Anthony? Does she know she does wrong or is something so messed up with her wiring that she doesn’t comprehend emotions or right from wrong and just tries to imitate how to be a “normal” person?

Kimberly Hricko a Dumb Cold Blooded Husband Killer

(videos have been removed from original site, so the videos are no longer posted here)

Kimberly Hricko (the H is silent) had a life many women would be envious of. She had a faithful husband who loved her like crazy, a healthy daughter who loved her, a whole lot of caring girlfriends who she had fun with and a great job as a surgical technician.

She seemed to almost have it all. She had a pretty good home life, social life, and work life. Her home life included a loving handsome husband and daughter. She had lots of girlfriends for girl talk, shopping trips, phone calls, and fun. Her job provided her with a good paycheck so she and her husbands pay combined made for a very comfortable life.

But after several years of marriage, Kimberly wasn’t happy anymore. Maybe she was bored. Maybe she wanted a more exciting husband. Her husband was not very social and didn’t like going out. He was a homebody who just liked hanging out at home when he wasn’t at work. That’s certainly no reason to kill the man. But Kimberly apparently thought it was.

She began having an affair with a man 10 years younger. Only Kimberly knows if it was just a fling or if she really had feelings for him. Only she knows if that had anything to do with the murder.

Kim told all her friends and her husband she wanted a divorce. Steve, her husband started crying and begging her to give him another chance. He would start helping out more with housework and start being more social, two of her biggest complaints. He would stop watching so much TV, another of her complaints. He said he loved his family and begged her not to divorce him. He wrote her long letters asking her to not give up on him. They both agreed to go to counseling. While Steve wanted to work things out, Kim did not.

She began telling her friends of a plan to kill him and get away with it. She would inject him with a drug that’s nearly untraceable and set the room on fire. The drug would kill him within minutes and then he would burn to death. Her friends didn’t know what to think. Was she joking?

One night she called a friend and threatened to kill Steve. Her friend rushed over and tried to calm her down. After Kim was asleep she finally went back home.

Unaware of her murderous plans, Steve planned a romantic getaway for Valentines day. Kim wanted to go out more and have more fun, so Steve was trying his best to do something that would please Kim.

He signed them up for a murder mystery play and rented a bungalow. Hours after the murder mystery was over, Kim walked into the lobby and announced that her room was on fire. Firefighters and EMS arrived at the bungalow and found Steve dead. There was a burnt cigar and at first they assumed it was an accident. Steve must have been smoking and fell asleep and then the room caught on fire.

Kimberly told police that Steve got drunk. He drank before the play, during the play and after the play. She said that he wanted to have sex, but she refused. She said she was looking for her friends house, got lost, and finally came back to the bungalow after 2 hours to find it on fire.

Her friend asked her, “Well, if you were trying to find my house, why didn’t you just call?”

“Cause I didn’t want to wake you up,” said Kim.

“But if you were going to come over to my house you would have woken me up when you got here,” said her friend.

Kim had no answer for that.

Her friend Maureen drove her home after the fire and stayed the night with her. Maureen went through Kim’s phone and address book to contact Kim’s other friends to tell them what had happened.

One girl Maureen called was a woman named Jenny. After Maureen told Jenny what had happened, there was complete silence. Finally Maureen asked, “Aren’t you going to come over to be with Kim in her time of need?”

“I can’t do that,” said Jenny.

Maureen wondered what kind of friend Jenny was. Here was Kim’s great time of need and Jenny was abandoning her. Her husband just died in a fire, she should be with her and offer her condolences if she’s really a friend.

But Maureen didn’t know what Jenny knew.

Kimberly had told Jenny her plan to kill Steve. She was going to inject him with succinocholine which would kill him in minutes and is hard to trace, then set the room on fire to make it look like an accident. Jenny couldn’t believe that Kim had actually murdered her husband and exactly like she had said.

Jenny and a few more of Kim’s friends who were told Kim’s murder plan contacted the police.

After tests were done on Steve, they realized it was a murder and not an accident. First of all, Kim said Steve was drunk but his blood alcohol level was 0.00%. He hadn’t even had a drink. So why did Kim lie and say he was drunk?

Secondly, the carbon monoxide level in Steve’s blood was normal. If he died in the fire, his blood would have a high level of carbon monoxide. That proved that Steve was dead before the fire even started.

Then there was Kim’s phony story of getting lost looking for her friends house for 2 hours but she didn’t want to call and wake her friend up. Her brothers house was on the same street and Kim knew where her brother lived, so it doesn’t make sense she got lost.

Then there was all her girlfriends that she told her murder plans to who all testified against her at her trial.

And then the police found out that she was the one who purchased the cigars and beer. The clerk remembered her because she was so rude and snotty.

Oh and not to mention that Steve didn’t even smoke. In fact, he couldn’t stand cigarette smoke and wouldn’t let anyone smoke near him. And Kim was dumb enough to think that everyone who knew him would believe he took up smoking on the same night he died?

Apparently Kim overestimated her plan and underestimated the police and science. There were so many mistakes in her plan that any reasonable person would know they couldn’t get away with it. She must have also believed that her friends would keep quiet knowing what she did. But that wasn’t so.

Kimberly Hriko will now spend the rest of her life in prison for a senseless murder.

If you want to write to Kimberly Hricko for some reason, you can find her on paperdollspenpals. Here is Kim’s prison penpal page

Evil Step Mom From Hell

This photo is not very good but it’s the only one I can find online of child killer Stephanie Spitser. This is on the Kentucky Department of Corrections Online Lookup System.

We have all heard stories of the “evil step mom” perhaps made famous from the evil step moms from fairy tales, but Stephanie Baker Spitser is the epitome of the evil step mom. She is a cold blooded killer.

Scotty Baker was an average 10 year old boy of divorced parents. He loved both his Mom and Dad. Even though he loved spending time with his Dad, Donny Baker, he hated going over to his house if his 21-year-old step Mom Stephanie was there.

It was the Friday before Thanksgiving in a small Kentucky town and Scotty was going to spend some alone time during the Thanksgiving holiday with his Dad. He was happy because he would get to be with his Dad without Stephanie around.

His Mom Ruth and sister went to school to pick him up, but he wasn’t there. He didn’t ride the bus to his grandmother’s house and none of his friends saw him. His Dad was driving a truck in another state heading home to a small Kentucky town to see his son.

Ruth discovered that someone signed Scotty out from school using the name “Patricia Smith.” The police were called to try to find Scotty.

They questioned the boy’s Mom, Dad, and Step Mom. Both of his parents were worried and suspicious of the other. Ruth suspected Stephanie because she was jealous of Scotty. Stephanie had an alibi that she was doing laundry all morning with her friend Susanne. Her friend confirmed the alibi.

Eventually, even Donny, Stephanie’s husband had nagging suspicions of Stephanie. He found her diary and what he read really made him suspicious. She wrote that she hated Scotty and wished something would happen to him.

Stephanie was jealous that when Scotty came over to visit his Dad, he would spend a lot of time and attention with his son instead of with Stephanie. She wanted to be #1 in Donny’s life and Scotty got in the way. She didn’t like the close relationship they had. She hated Scotty because he took attention away from her. She thought she was the center of Donny’s universe and Scotty just got in the way. She hated when the boy came to visit and she was very mean to him.

Donny should have seen how mean and jealous she was and not even have married her. He shouldn’t have put up with her being mean to his son.

Stephanie also came up pregnant.

After more questioning of Susanne, she finally cracked. She confessed that Stephanie had talked her into checking Scotty out of school. She put on a wig and glasses to disguise herself even though Scotty had never seen her before. She told the boy she was going to take him to see his Dad.

Stephanie hid in the backseat. In the car, she choked the boy to death. He fought hard for his life, kicking and flailing his arms, but he couldn’t fight off his evil, killer step Mom. And her stupid friend isn’t any better. Instead of trying to stop the murder, or even stop the car, she just kept driving like the idiot she is.

Then the two killers burned the boys body and went back home.

Susanne received a 25 year sentence of which she only served 10 years unfortunately. She shouldn’t have gotten out a second earlier. She could have saved the boys life if she wanted.

Stephanie received a life sentence. She gave birth to a boy while in prison and her parents adopted it. Donny finally got enough sense in his head to divorce the killer. Hopefully she is not eligible for parole and will rot in prison.
